Our professional flooring service offers hardwood, engineered, LVP, and laminate installation, sanding & finishing, refinishing, repairs, Step Tread installation, railing refinishing. We also use great quality equipment, always for the safety of our customers. Our equipment is completly dust free sanding (99%), we use the more recent equipment for the safety of your home and family and always keeping a clean enviorment . Our goal is to always make sure our customers are in good hands, and quality service.

SOLID WOOD
INSTALLATION-
- Prefinsihed floors

- We do it depending on subfloor, Nail down, Staple. glue down
REFINISH:
- Refinish Solid wood
- Refinish Prefinished Hardwood
- Refinish stairs & Railing and match color with refinished floor
- We use Dura Seal Stain
- We use the 4 coat system

- Water pop,
- Bona premium water based sealer and finish.
- Upgrade HD Bona Traffic, Bona Mega (either)
- TIP- You can refinish Solid Hardwood floor & Prefinished floor as many times as you want.
- The refinishing on your floors can last you up to 10 years depending on maintenance.
ENGINEERED FLOORS
INSTALLATION:
- Install all kinds of Engineered floors EX: Maple, Hickory, Red oak, etc.
- Engineered floors can last up to 20 to 100 years depends on the thickness you get. 3 mm and 5 mm are the most recommendable for durability
- Includes Shoe moulding and match with floor color or can be primed white.
- Depending on subfloor it can be nail down, glued down
- When nail down- we nail down over Aqua-bar B vapor barrier
- square line- threshold installation
REFINISHING:
- We can refinish Engineered Hardwood floor, it also depends on the wear layer.
- 4 coat system is also used in engineered floors
- Engineered floors can be refinished in 10 to 20 years, depending on the thickness. Minimum is 3 mm.
- TIPS: .5 to 1 mm can not be sanded, because the average refinish removes about .75 to 1 mm of the floors surface. 2 mm wear layer can be refinished 1 to 2 times. 3 mm wear layer can be refinished 2 to 3 times. 4 to 6 mm wear layer can be refinished 3 to 6 times during their life time .
LUXURY VYNIL/ LAMINATE
- LVP made of 3 core components: felt paper, vinyl foam, and protective layer poly vinyl chloride resins added to white pigments and calcium carbonate.
